The company was established by Dr. Stavros Basourakos and operated in publications until 1996, when Nikos Leloudas obtained it. Under the new regime, the company continued its’ previous activities and also developed in other sectors, such as digital communication and digital advertising, showing great convenience in adapting to this transition.
